9:00 AM – Introduction & Safety Briefing
Begin the day with a warm welcome from your expert guide. Learn about essential spearfishing techniques, safety protocols, and the marine ecosystem of the Mediterranean.

10:30 AM – Sea Training or Relaxation on Board
Antonio dives in search of the catch of the day. Participants may join him, observe, or simply relax and sunbathe on the boat.

12:30 – Mediterranean-Style Barbecue
Antonio prepares the catch of the day (or an alternative upon request), served with fresh sides and local products such as fresh caprese salads topped up with locally produced of extra verging olive oil and sorrento lemons

15:00 – Free Time at Anchor
Swimming, snorkeling, listening to Antonio’s stories, and the opportunity to refine the techniques learned.

16:00 – Return to the Harbor
Smooth navigation along the coast, with panoramic views and moments of relaxation.

17:00 – Drop-off & Farewell
Arrival at the harbor, conclusion of the day, and time to take a few souvenir photos.
