The "Breathing and Relaxation" course is designed for all those people who wish to seek relaxation. Understanding, executing and practicing breathing correctly and with awareness will allow you to awaken a whole series of physiological mechanisms which are often dormient by the stress of the daily routine. The "Breathing and Relaxation" course will bring you into a state of greater physical and mental balance.

Session schedule

  • The course runs on a monthly basis, with two sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, totaling 8 sessions per month
  • The program includes sessions entirely dedicated to breathing and others more focused on relaxation, such as autogenic training sessions and visualization techniques
  • For the course, you will need comfortable clothing and a mat
  • There are no age limits, the course is open to everyone
  • Limited spots available, with a maximum group size of 12 people
